Stuart Rickless

Stuart founded Stratus back in 2005 having previously managed the construction arm for a large agency in London for 10 years. Stuart is responsible for our search and headhunting business.

For over 20 years, he has worked with a variety of clients primarily in the construction, engineering and property development industries, together with supplying companies in other sectors including legal, sales, human resources and hospitality with director and C level candidates.

If there is an obscure role which needs filling Stuart and his research team, will no doubt find someone for it.

Out of work, as well as holidaying with his family, he is an avid golfer and is on a mission to play the UK’s top 100 golf course (he is nearly there).
