Alan Carroll

Alan has been in recruitment for over 20 years now and through listening to his candidates and clients along the way has developed a professional, friendly and easy way of making all parties feel comfortable and confident that they are getting what they want and need.

His specialist area is technical safety and associated disciplines which include human factors, process engineering and others. Due to his success in this area he has built strong and long-lasting relationships with clients ranging in size and scale across industries including: oil and gas, renewables, nuclear, rail and defence.

Alan is an associate with the Safety and Reliability Society, and was responsible for starting the London dinner meet.

Outside of work, Alan has an active involvement in various sports and social events. In the summer months he plays league cricket and the occasional game of golf. He also enjoys his music and has been lucky enough to perform at some famous venues in the UK, including Ronnie Scotts!
