Hailing from Ireland, Mairead was entranced by hospitality as a young teen; a passion that never left her and which has now led to a career that has spanned over 25 years.

Mairead was drawn to the social epicentre of London, acquiring a wealth of experience in front of house, events planning and management roles in many of the most prominent members clubs’; including six years at The Soho House Group. Known for her approachability, charisma and being a brilliant connector of people, she has an extensive network in the sector ranging across all levels.

Mairead is a natural problem solver, understanding first-hand the demands and staffing requirements of the hospitality sector.

Mairead is a proud mother of two fantastic girls who keep her energised. She also has a real love for cooking and is always looking for inspiration from chefs and new restaurants. In addition, she is a qualified yoga teacher, specialising in meditation. A relentlessly adventurous spirit, Mairead is currently working towards getting her skipper license.
