Construction Law Associate

A medium to large sized UK law firm who can boast a truly exceptional list of clients. With their head office in the South West, together with a substantial office in London, they mainly operate in the UK. Sectors vary from commercial, banking and finance through to real estate, construction and infrastructure. Following a recent spike in workload, the Senior Partner of the construction and infrastructure team is looking to grow.

Based out of their stunning Bristol office, supporting the Partner, the Associate or Senior Associate will be work with leading main contractors, developers and government departments. Working on a variety of contracts and disputes together with non-contentious work.

The Partner will consider lawyers who are at least 3 years PQE and have worked within either construction, civil engineering or real estate. He is flexible with regards to the specific type experience the individual has; given the mixed workload which they take on. What is important is the attitude of the lawyer, they must be confident in managing their own time effectively and be comfortable working autonomously.
