Project Manager

Location – Preston

Salary – £55,000 to £65,000 plus package

This relatively new construction main contractor work primarily in the education sector, building schools from £5m to £25m. With a portfolio of work for the next 3 years, they are in strong position to increase their headcount further.

The Project Manager will be leading a new build school project based near Preston. This is a straight forward project although the time line is quite tight. The value of the scheme is around £8m.

From a construction main contracting background, the Project Manager must be able to demonstrate previous experience in managing similar projects in size and build type. They must also have a stable career to date and have managed builds from pre-construction phase to completion.

Whilst the construction industry is extremely uncertain currently, this business continues to grow and although in the short term it may be challenging, the future is looking very bright for this company.
