Project QS Residential Developer

Stratus Recruitment is working on behalf of a leading residential developer which has just been awarded planning on a major new scheme over 120 units of a RC Frame residential development and therefore is looking to source a Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding commercial team.

For this role, you will be based on site and you will be working underneath a Managing Quantity Surveyor. You should be able to run you own packages of work, with over 80% of the packages having already been procured. You will be dealing with all the valuations and variations with the agreed sub-contractors for the packages you will be managing. You should hold a minimum qualification of HNC in construction. Longer term there will be the opportunity to manage your own schemes once you progress through the company.
