Senior Cost Manager and Fund Monitor

Our client is a market leader in specialist consultancy with a wealth of experience in project monitoring, due diligence and forensics.

We are currently looking for both Cost Managers and Fund Managers in Leeds and Manchester:

Cost Managers

Leeds – MRICS, Senior Surveyor 5+ years experience. Experience in the commercial and residential sectors, both pre and post contract.  Able to act as Employer’s Agent and with strong pre-contract cost management skills. Fund Monitors

Ideally we are looking for somebody with a proven track record and located in Manchester – RICS / CIOB.  Surveyor / Senior Surveyor.  This person must be able to run projects independently and be a good ambassador for the business.

We are also looking for a professional in Leeds, who can take on a Team Leader role, probably at associate level. We are looking to start to build a team around that person. Must be an all-rounder with at least 5 years experience with project monitoring and residential desired.
